Fresh catch, fast freeze
Fish are sorted, graded and washed at the landing site, then blast-frozen to a core temperature of −18°C within hours — locking in texture and freshness.
−25°C cold storage
Product is held in HACCP-certified cold storage at −25°C with continuous temperature logging until stuffing day. First in, first out — always.
Reefer container transit
Shipped in 40ft reefer containers set to −18°C, with data-logger records available on request. Typical transit Surabaya → Manila is 5–7 days.

Sample & contract
Approve product photos or physical samples, then confirm the proforma invoice. Standard terms: 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy.
Stuffing & loading
Container stuffing is documented with photos and tally sheets. Pre-shipment inspection (SGS or your surveyor) is welcome.
Shipping & clearance
Full document set — invoice, packing list, B/L, health certificate, COO — sent ahead of arrival so your broker clears cargo without delay.
